This sounds good, even though It'll probably never happen. While I'm playing 7DS, The MArza Missles look like Vaygr, the Fighters in their Squadrons are HW2 Squads, and Beams look like Ion Beams, ETC.

I'd love to see though, the Taiidan make a return. I didn't like the Vaygr as so much as I loved the Taiidan.

Or maybe, Vaygr VS. Taiidan even if it's not canon?

Well, who says we have to use the EXACT SAME ships?  I mean lots of thing use turrets.  The Battlefleet Gothic ships use turrets, and you don't see the BFG mod complaining.  No, they just decided to say the hell with it and make their ships as similar as they could.

We know a lot about the overall armaments of the Hiigaran, Vaygr, Taiidan, and Turanic ships.  So all that needs to be done is an APPROXIMATE conversion of those weapons and designs into ships/structures suitable for Sins.

Don't need to be a exact conversion. But will be cool to have the races in a epic space battle!

Amen. When I first bought Sins, I took my original homeworld disk and let it watch me play as some sort of silent tribute to what it had brought to pass.

Now, we have the chance to re-create the game that started all space stratagy games. And Danman is doing it. Score.
