Returning Armada cost way too much... and has rendered itself useless...

First of all, it cost a lot as it is to get Returning Armada on the tech tree... its a huge gamble to reserch Returning Armada, it opens yourself up for an easy defeat if someone rushes you... The pay off for all that research and resources spent to get Returning Armada was small free fleets.

Now, after you invest in all that research and resources, you are rewarded with... a small fleet at a Huge price... Its not even worth it anymore and has no real advantage since it comes at such a Huge Cost.

Even if it was changed to half of what 1.1BETA offers its still too much to be usefull...
