Question about MP

I tried the demo of sins and I'm falling in love! I have a few friends that used to play Homeworld and Homeworld 2 COOP with and I think will dig it. My question is:

I want to play with one of my friends against the CPU online - can we save the game?

Yes - you can save a game and resume it later.
The issue is getting everyone together to resume the game. Not an issue if you are playing with a friend against AI, but can be difficult when playing with random people online.
