Interface Question

The info window that appears in the lower right when you mouse over a unit or structure.

Is there a way to make that info window stay up even after you move the mouse away?

Sorry, not that I know of. If you're playing single-player and you want to study it, you can hit the Pause key and halt the game, and that gives you all the time in the world to bring up infowindows on ships.
