Okay, I finished it, and just uploaded it, and it includes a version that you get to play, so that you can immediately see the fleet setup and discover their strengths and weaknesses...
There are just a few ships (using stock graphics, but I dug a bit and used a planet-elevator as a siege platform, and a Tech probe as a scout...
They have these ships:
Entok Central Command gives abilities and antimatter to the fleet
Control Ship like above, but you can take it with you in battle
Destroyer Think Lysians from Trek (lots of weak ships that link shields together to keep themselves alive)
Cruiser Target ship, keeps you from losing something important
Siege Platform overpowered for the local militia, but I put it in anyway
The ships are only good in force, as it's supposed to be their entire armada defending their planet, and they can hold off a Marza on Terran worlds... If you destroy their central command, you can just wipe them up after that...
I added two new explosion definitions, that make them explode so sweet, and a few other minor touches here and there...
Also, for anyone who wants a mine graphic, one of the planet-elevators looks like a 6-sided spikey mine
