Hi guys,

I am trying to create a new galaxy map with the Forge utility, however, I keep getting problems and I'm a noob at this.

When I save the game in the Programs/Stardock Games/Sins/Galaxy folder and try to open it in the Game.  The map loads and quickly says Defeated.  It shows that all planets are covered with pirates. 

What can I do to get rid of that?  I only have one pirate base in the game so far and 4 players and are spaced out in the map.
