I am haveing a problem with the galaxy forge tool.  For some reason no matter what I do I can not get Galaxy Forge to work.  Every time I try to open the galaxyforge.exe I get this error: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application". I don't know what is going on, I have downloaded it three time but every time I unzip it I get a diffrent set of folders.  The first time all I got was 1 folder named icons in it with the exe and a few other files. The next time I got 4 folders GalaxyForge, Reference Data, ConvertXSI, and ConvertData.  Then the third time I got the same 1 folder named Icons with the exe and other files.  I tried putting it in the mod folder or the mod path still no avail, but when I opened the mod menu in the game it did see the galaxy forge mod there but I don't know what that means.  I read that it was a stand alone program and you could use it on any system even if you didn't have sins installed.  I asked a buddy of mine to try useing it on his system and he couldn't get it to work either.  What am I doing wrong is there a specal way to unzip it or what.  There is nothing wrong with my system I just recently reinstaled xp pro.  Please any help would be great.
