Hello everyone,

First post here   I just want to say what a fantastic game Sins of a Solar Empire is, I am really having a good time playing it and it certainly deserves all the praise and high marks and reviews it has been getting.

What I would like to see is some more developed background to the races thereby making the Vasari really feel like the dark evil bad guy race.  I was watching Stargate Alantis and the bad guys there, the "Wraith" really feel sinister and evil.  In Star Trek it's the Borg who are really bad but the lack of any real backgroud ecept for some short intro stuff  make the Vasari seem rather tame.  I was hoping that the Vasari would have the same feel as "The Shadow" race from Babylon 5

The Advent remind me of the Minbari, spirtual and warrior like, again the lack of any really back story gives me this feel.  Their smooth ship design are a work of art and lend itself to maybe the way high elves are sometimes portrayed in fantasy literature...haughty, beautiful, arrogant, forceful if need be.

The races dont feel absolutely evil to me and I think at a minumum the Vasari should.

Maybe ane expansion could recity this with a more developed story, daker music for some of ther races and some visual stuff depicting their cruelness via cutscenese. Anyways just my 2 cents here
