Just finished the next version of my mod, the key changes from the
previous version are:
-Normal speed is roughly the same as Fast speed was last version, Fast speed is much faster. Slow speed is roughly unmodded fast speed.
-Phase jump charge up time increased to 11 seconds from 7 seconds
-Siege weapons do double damage
-Stars have 50% larger gravity well, and have phase jump disruption (Stars are now key strategic points, you can't just run through them any more)
-All projectiles move twice as fast (missiles, plasma etc)

All non-capital ship shield/hull regeneration increased by 50%
Colony ships antimatter regen increased by 100%
All scouts have had shield and shield regen buffs (they wern't lasting long enough with increased phase charge and decreased mitigation)

All strike craft acceleration doubled

Income speed scalar: 0.30/0.45/0.90 (up from 0.00/0.15/0.30)
Build rates: 0.20/0.40/1.00 (up from 0.00/0.10/0.20)
Ship max speed scalar: 0.60/1.70/3.40 (up from 0.00/0.30/0.60)
Ship accel scaler: 0.60/5.00/10.0 (up from 0.00/0.30/0.60)
Ship decel scaler: 0.60/3.20/6.20 (up from 0.00/0.30/0.60)
Research speed scalar: 0.00/0.50/1.00 (up from -2.0/-1.0/0.00)
Global changes:
ALL weapons (except siege) do 50% more damage
ALL siege weapons do 100% more damage
ALL projectiles move 100% faster
ALL ships turn speed increased by a factor 10
ALL ships shield mitigation capped at 15% (down from 60%)
ALL CAPITAL ships shield mitigation capped at 35% (down from 65%)
Phase jump charge time increased from 7 to 11 seconds
Intersteller hyperspace speed multiplier decreased to 3.0 from 24.0
Stars now have 250% phase disruption effect (in addition to solar regeneration)
Stars now have a 50% larger gravity well
Pirates don't attack for over 9000 seconds (150 minutes)
prefersToFocusFire set to FALSE for all ships
