Ok finally got everything figured out hehe, thanks for those that helped me. Now my next question is I noticed when I change the hp and shield values only and try to use the changed file it crashes the game into a dump error. Do I need version 1.2 in order to use the changed gameinfo files.

for some reason I cannot play with changed hp and shield values on any ship with version 1.0

now that i think about it, if I change the hull hp or shield hp on anything the game crashes with this version that I have??Do I need version 1.2 for the changes to work or am i missing something. TBH i dont like 1.2, the stuck ship problem is annoying and that makes me hate the game more then anything, and I am quite intent with version 1.

one more thing, I noticed too that all the files that I changed hp or shield hp on the file size is .01 bigger?? goes from 5.04 to 5.05kb size and so forth. Is there a reason for this
