If you don't know what a map badge is it's the little picture that is shown when you select a map and in the setup stage.

Oh, I know how to do that

Targa 32b, copied the layer from an original badge, saved the selection to a new file, copy the selection from that file to an alpha channel, select inverse and trim.

BAM!
