well I have been waitin to get my free sose theme and downloaded it today.
went to go apply it after i downloaded it . and whammo. all i get was the wallpaper and my desktop converted itself into classic display mode instead. none of my windows or icons are changed. only the walpaper shows up.

ok upon trying the other 2 themes i got I find out they all do this. I get the walpaper and my desktop converts to classic view. no icons no ui changes besides the walpaper

Wtf happened?

on win xp sp2 usin a xti radieon x1300 and runnin in 1280x1024 resolution
