0-Gravity does not nullify inertia. Your breath, no matter how bad it may be, will never move a 20-pound missile without some sort of mechanical advantage, be it pistons or leverage.
well it can move it, just not to any significant speed very quickly.
rotation is a completely different concern however. I assume that you would use them for adjusting torque.
